A full year has passed since you installed our new kitchen and master bath, and we want to let you know how happy we are with the results. Working in co-op buildings can be a challenge, and the 50 East 89th rules and regulations made the job all the more difficult. But in spite of the surprises and delays that were beyond your control, you stayed the course and followed through with all your promises and commitments.

Throughout the job your staff was very helpful, and it is obvious that your organization enjoys working together and providing excellent customer service at all times. One year later it is nice to see the same faces when I stopped by to visit your expanded showroom. I also appreciate your prompt attention in following up on the minor details at the end of the job.
