Dear Ronnie:

Per our telephone conversation Friday, February 8, 2002, enclosed please find the final payment for the work performed on my kitchen and bathroom. The check includes an additional $150.00 as I have decided that I would like to install the granite splashboards for the sides of the granite counter top as we discussed.

Let me also express my pleasure and satisfaction with the work you did, which lived up to my expectations in every way. My kitchen is completely transformed. The cabinets and are beautiful and have enhanced my storage capacity immensely. The sink is deeper and the stove bigger than I expected. Panos did a great job on the installation and on the floor and walls, which, especially in the bathroom, were a disaster. All your design suggestions turned out to be the right ones, even the ones I didn't follow (i.e., I should have listened to you and gotten the granite splashboards from the beginning and used a natural color wood for the microwave shelf). What's more, you kept your word and did everything you promised.
